YouTube changes its design to encourage subscriptions to content feeds
The YouTube page has received a significant redesign to place subscriptions prominently placed on pages with videos, occupying a color palette white and gray that is already finding other services in the Mountain View company like Google+ and Google Now .
While subscriptions already existed before, now being encouraged to use them even more: “But did you know that YouTube is even better if you subscribe? That is the reason for this update. All you see these amazing videos belong to similar video channels. Subscribe to channels programaras is like the video to record what interests you automatically, ” YouTube said .
In addition, the videos are also now on the top of the page, immediately after the search bar with the title and the actions you can perform, such as sharing or comment in the bottom of the video. Have also moved up the list, leaving the right side of the video being played so easily navigate it.
